The different types of lung cancer
different-types-of-lung-cancerLung cancer is one of the most common cancers. Often associated with tobacco, it can affect people who have never smoked but were exposed to cigarette smoke of others, to chemicals, asbestos or gas.

There are several types of lung cancer. Thus, it is necessary to distinguish between primary cancers, which appeared first in the lungs, secondary cancers, which have evolved in another part of the body and then spread to the lungs. They will not be discussed in this article. Within the primary cancer, the examination of cancer cells (anatomopathological review) allows to distinguish:

* Epidermoid cancers (35-40%);
* The adenocarcinomas (25-35%);
* The large cell carcinomas (10-15%);
